Could it be timing belt? As the engine heats up, the noise dies down a little, but it doesn’t go away completely. When the car is stopped at the stop sign, it still makes the noise but not as much. When I step on the gas, the noise gets louder. I am thinking it may be a timing belt or some kind of belt. I have 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe. Does anyone know? Thanks.

I think it might be the brake calipers sticking, but I’m not sure. I just replaced the front pads and rotors recently, so I don’t think it’s them already.

Sometimes the car would not start when he went to drive it before, so he just got a new battery and starter (even though now sometimes it still does that). The car is a 1996 (8?) Chevy Corsica, and we replaced the brakes last year, and the power steering fluid levels are fine.
