I’ve tried ********* the mechanical parts around my tires with WD-40, and it has helped some, but not much.
Is there anything that I can do at home to make the squeaking go away?

Bring it in. Any chance its related to the work that was done on it?
Theres a chance that its the engine serpentine belt. Check it by seeing if it will make the squeaking noise when you rev it in park. You don’t need to go nuts, just rev it like you would when you accelerate.
If it is the belt, then the WD 40 didn’t help it.
